In the surgery, the urologist makes precise geometric micro-incisions in the penile tissue, which will expand the tissues longitudinally and latitudinally. This allows for correcting not only the penile curvature but also possible thinning points and restoring the member’s size.

The implantation of a penile prosthesis to increase the penis, in addition to providing rigidity for penetration and preventing the formation of new fibroses, is performed immediately after, on the already reconstructed penis. This makes it possible to place the largest anatomically compatible prosthesis with the penis’s size and girth, which is crucial for the treatment’s success.
